I'm really pleased to share that Marcelo Cabral has released version 4.03 of w.bloggar. For a long time, this has been my favorite blogging tool. Development appeared to stop for about a year, but it looks like things are rolling again. With version 4.03, Marcelo has included a portable version that can be run from a USB stick. Very cool! If you use w.bloggar, you should check it out - and support Marcelo's efforts by making a donation if you can.
